Kids Course

Additional Info: No prior experience required; focuses on building foundational skills and performance abilities.

Adults Course
Duration: Sept - June
Skills Covered: Cheer dance and jumps.
Additional Info: Specifically designed for adults with a focus on fitness and well-being. This beginner-friendly course offers an introduction to cheer dance and basic jumps, providing a fun and engaging way to stay active.
