• ISO Certification

Projectyou has a certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) in the field of providing education, professional training, mentoring, and consulting services in management and entrepreneurship.

• Corporate Responsibility Award

Projectyou was awarded in the Corporate Responsibility Excellence category for supporting youth entrepreneurship through organizing 13 Entrepreneurship Workshops that trained over 800 participants.

• Education Leaders Awards 2021

Projectyou, together with the Association of Greek Refrigeration & Logistics Industries (ΕΕΒΨ&L) and DIASIS A.E., received the BRONZE award in the category "Collaboration of three entities in the Training and Certification of workers in the cold supply chain" at the Boussias Education Leaders Awards 2021.

Projectyou, in collaboration with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD), was honored with the SILVER AWARD in the category "Development of Horizontal Skills" for their project "Developing the Soft Skills of Future Employees" at the Boussias Education Leaders Awards 2023.

Projectyou, together with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD), received the BRONZE AWARD in the category "Online and Distance Learning" for their project "Tele-education as an opportunity, not a deadlock" at the Boussias Education Leaders Awards 2023.

Facilities & Staff

The offices of projectyou are located in Marousi, Attica. However, recognizing the needs of the current market, they conduct a significant portion of their training online.

The personnel of projectyou are certified in Project Management by IPMA-D (International Project Management Association), and they apply its principles in all the projects they undertake. They are also certified adult trainers by the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) and by international certification bodies.

• Katerina Theofanidou:

Katerina Theofanidou, the founder of projectyou, holds a degree in Industrial Management and Technology from the University of Piraeus, with a postgraduate degree in Energy Management and Environmental Protection from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and the University of Piraeus. With 22 years of experience in multinational and large Greek companies, and 16 years of experience as an adult trainer, she teaches various subjects such as Project Management, Microsoft Project, Entrepreneurship, Business Plan Development, Sustainability, Marketing, Soft Skills, Communication, and Presentation Techniques in open and corporate seminars. She is also a business consultant for startups and existing businesses and a mentor for young entrepreneurs. Since November 2019, Katerina has served as the General Secretary of the Institute of Logistics Management Greece (ILME), and since January 2022, she is the President of IPMA Greece (Greek Project Management Network), the Greek member of the International Project Management Association.

• Kostas Theofanidis:

Kostas Theofanidis, co-founder of projectyou, studied Electrical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his MSc in Industrial Management at Brunel University in London. He has worked in various management positions (Operations, Sales, Projects, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering) at companies like Mobil, BP, Bovis Lend Lease, and ELPE. He has served as President of the Pan-Hellenic Association of Consultants for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods (PSSAMEE), representative of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) in the National Road Safety Council (ESOA), member of the Board of the Hellenic Project Management Network (EDDE), member of ILME, EEl, EBY. He is a Project Management trainer, certified in IPMA-D. He is also a speaker in seminars on Leadership, Management, Behavior, Motivation, Decision Making, Real Estate Management, Innovative Thinking, Entrepreneurship, etc.

• George Papadopoulos:

George Papadopoulos works as Deputy Director & Project Development Manager at McBains Cooper Hellas Technical Consulting S.A. He holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from the University of Athens and an MSc in Supply and Product Distribution from the National Metsovian Polytechnic and the University of Piraeus. He is a certified Dangerous Goods Transport Consultant (S.A.M.E.E.) for Road and Railway Transport - National Metsovian Polytechnic & Ministry of Transport and Communications. He is also certified in Project Management at IPMA Level D. Furthermore, he is a certified trainer in Project Management and Supply and Product Distribution.

• Vasilis Sigalas:

Vasilis Sigalas is a Mechanical Engineer, a Certified Logistics Manager at ELA, and works as a Warehouse & Transport Manager at KORE SA. He has professional experience in the field of Logistics and is also a Logistics operation consultant. He is an Associate Member of the Board of ILME and a speaker in Warehousing and Transportation seminars.

• Marilena Papadopoulou:

Marilena Papadopoulou holds a PhD in Applied Informatics, an MSc in Business Administration - TQM, and a BSc in Nautical Studies. She is a Logistics professor at Technical Institutes and Colleges and a seminar speaker.
